# Problem witch Using the ISP in 7500/7500p

## Question

Asked by s868 on 2016-10-11 in MCU & Boards.

hi.
I have WIZwiki-W7500P and WIZwiki-W7500 and try using program W7500_ISP(20150820).exe for upload *.bin file in to processor.
but in both case (W7500P and W7500) afther pressing “Open” (serial port):

- programm W7500_ISP(20150820).exe send 0x55 to com-port

- board WIZwiki-W7500/WIZwiki-W7500P respond 0x9B 0xFB

- programm W7500_ISP(20150820).exe send 0x55 to com-port

- board WIZwiki-W7500/WIZwiki-W7500P respond 0x9B 0xFB
  …

- programm W7500_ISP(20150820).exe send 0x55 to com-port

- board WIZwiki-W7500/WIZwiki-W7500P respond 0x9B 0xFB
  and noting!
  what i’m doing no correctly?

That’s right! sometimes it’s necessary to press Boot - Reset buttons.
