# Wiz6000 as gateway

## Question

Hi,
Can we use wiz6000 as gateway if we have tcp/ip signals from main controller as input and wifi signal output to control wifi switches or devices?
can we programm wiz6000 as we like or are there any restrictions?

Hello epsilon

WIZnet will discontinue WIZ610wi and WIZ6000.
So, you had better find another WiFi solution instead of WIZ610wi and WIZ6000.
