# [wiz100sr]먹통 현상

## Question

Asked by godofperson on 2014-09-04 in Serial-to-Ethernet & ConfigTool.

사용중에 전원 OFF 후 재 작동 시키니 먹통현상입니다.
serial에 연결했을 때 아무 메시지도 나오지 않습니다.
configuration 프로그램에서도 검색이 되지 않습니다.

Link LED에 불이 들어오는지,
전원 공급은 이상이 없는지,
Reset Pin이 Low으로 유지 되고 있는지,
부팅 시점에 Status Pin(Mode Switch: JP1 12Pin)가 High로 유지 되는지 확인 해 보시고
증상이 개선되지 않는다면 대리점을 통해 RMA를 신청하시기 바랍니다.
