# Low Power Mode

## Question

Asked by Andrews on 2014-07-01 in Wireless.

what is the lowest power mode I can set the the wizFi50 into. I have seen the supply pin for battery supply. will this allow the unit to run with only a few uA of current, or is the lowest current really 3mA?

Thanks

Hi

If you want to use lowest power save mode of WizFi250, you can use <AT+MMCUPS> command.
If use it, WizFi250 consume current about under 1mA. But, In this mode, WizFi250 can’t use peripheral.
