# Question on second USART (USART 1)

## Question

Asked by SeventhIce on 2014-05-25 in Wireless.

i seen at Wizfi220 datasheet, there is USART1 port, it will be help a lot if i can connect USART0 to uC and connect USART1 to PC.

please tell me how to use USART1 at wizfi220. and how to connect USART1 to PC, so i can use AT command from PC. Also please tell me how to switch wizfi220 to listen into USART0 (to uC) or USART1 (PC).

In standard f/w, USART1 is not implemented.

To use USART1, it needs f/w customizing, like other peripherals(I2C, PWM, SPI Master…).
