32K bytes of internal memory for TX / RX cache;

Support sleep mode and wake from LAN;

3.3V operating voltage, I / O port can bear 5V;

Very small 48 Pin LQFP lead-free package;

0.13μm CMOS process;

Lower power consumption and operating temperature.
