The author purchased MEGA2560 at Robotdyn.com. MEGA2560 purchased by the author is the product that contains W5500. But I confirmed that Ethernet did not work.
The author has been debugging, finding problems and resolved this.
The solution is to solder the D7 jumper on the back of the board.
