If people usually see “Dynamical IP Changing”, they bring DHCP to mind because DHCP is a protocol dynamically assigned Host IP.

But, this posting is a little bit special. The author said to have been written by question from someone.

In this posting, it deals with how to change proper IP for each in the condition of declaring four specific IP.

In other words, people can change by choosing IP assigned by them. They are not assigned IP from DHCP sever in random order.
